Senz Umbrellas

Looking at a Senz umbrella I feel like I’m looking at the future, a future where I would want it to rain every damn day. I came across these Star Trek futuristic looking umbrellas browsing through Instagram and the asymmetrical shape immediately caught my eye. It turns out the aerodynamic shape make them them virtually windproof, they won’t turn inside out even at wind speeds of 100 km/h (62 mph).

On the Senz website you can learn more about the various design features, sizes, warranty, etc. That stuff is important, but not as fun as admiring all the various vibrant colors and patterns the umbrellas come in. Surely if nothing else you’ll get plenty of attention.

Although Senz is based in the Netherlands you can still purchase these umbrellas here in the States. As usual Amazon is a great place to start, and you can read the reviews there. I can’t speak to the functionality of the umbrellas, I can’t say if they’ll keep you dry or not. Normally I would want to buy a funky product like this, but I live in Los Angeles and (unfortunately) it never rains in Southern California.
